    I had such a great experience with BMW of Fairfax. Such an exceptional team of guys. I don't buy cars often but when I do, I expect a certain level of professionalism. Farooq, in Pre owned sales was exceptional. We negotiated via text messages and occasionally spoke. When I arrived, I spoke to the used car manager who was very friendly and assured the process would run smoothly. It did! The car was clean and filled with gas and I was satisfied. I had a small issue with the car (as expected sometimes with pre-owned) however, Farooq provided me with a loaner, I didn't have to wait, and my issue was taken care of as discussed. I would recommend this team to anyone that requires an exceptional level of professionalism. Mike

    Today I bought my first ever BMW and I must say the entire experience has been way better than I have had at any dealership. Wanna know why? I was assigned upon arrival to Sam Hawa and Sam without wasting anytime took me to the car that I selected. He told me about some of the features of the car. Helped me understand the digital gears of BMW as I never drove one before. Then we went back to his office to discuss numbers and Sam Hawa gave me a great deal. Not only that he was very patient with me. I took multiple calls between my deal, consulted with a couple of auto loan providers and generally took my time to decide. Not even once Sam told me to hurry up or pressured me in any way. This made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision. Sam also helped me with showing me the complete history of the vehicle which included details about each and every service visits and parts that were serviced. This is really great transparency and a solid way of building trust. All these factors helped me in my decision. Then I was taken to Feroz to discuss and make my payment. Let me tell you this Feroz is one of the most friendliest and polite people I have ever spoken to. He gave me some great suggestions and advice regarding BMW services. Gave me a few options on what would be better for my car. He asked me questions and based on my answers gave me some great suggestions and I really appreciate him for also letting me take my time to decide what would be best for me. My car was ready for me to drive in less than 2 hours. I made the insurance call. I greeted everyone who helped me at BMW of Fairfax and I am really glad that I decided to visit here today. I absolutely recommend doing business with them and getting your BMWs from here folks. This was amazing! Truly 5/5 for me
